Online orders are able to be returned within 7 days of the package delivery date. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must be returned in their original condition, and are able to be returned through shipping or in person to our location at 1090 W. 5th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43212. The customer is responsible for the payment of any return shipping. Once the items are received by Fourth Home in their original condition, the refund will be initiated. After the refund is initiated, funds are typically applied to your account within 3-5 business days. If the items returned are broken or damaged, or have been used, partial or no credit will be refunded. The shipping cost from the original order is not refundable, only the cost of the product(s) that are returned will be refunded.

In Store Pickup Orders
Items purchased online and picked up in store are able to be returned in their original condition within 3 days of being picked up, or 14 days from the date of the order, whichever comes first. Furniture, gift cards, and discounted items are final sale.
